Garden seat

Just putting together a garden swing seat for SWMBO. I have the seat lats to do to finish it but am not sure what size to go for? The seat is 6' long and has three supports on it. First time I have put one of these together so can anyone tell me what size lats I should use? :?

I've done garden benches,probably 4' wide with no other support,and 19mm thick hardwood has lasted well.If using softwood,I would probably go for 22mm (ex 1"),but tend to over-engineer things anyway.. :lol:
