I ordered some tools from them and stupidly ordered a wrong item. Gave them a call spoke to Jordan - no problem, send it back and will will creidt. Also I wanted a couple of other items which were out of stock. He said he would ring me when in stock.

He phoned yesterday and they arrived today.

I got a load of skirting and other trimming from them snet all the way up to Shetland as it worked out quicker and cheaper than getting it done locally. They were most helpful, did a quick turnaround, everything was very well packaged (it survived several hundred road miles, a 200 mile ferry ride and the local couriers) and I was very pleased with the quality.

I bought some walnut and beech dowels from them (19 mm and 38 mm). Very good material, good prices and good delivery (to Warwick). Would certainly buy again.

I recently used them for buying some PAR oak.
I found them great as they offer free delivery and also where very helpful and changed the delivery date without any fuss.

Definetly going to use them again for buying timber.

I use them occasionally for hardwood dowels and adhesives. Excellent packaging and all round good service. Would recommend them.

I ordered some euro oak boards from them after seeing this post.

Planed all round 222mm wide, 25mm thick and 2.4m long. A bit less than £60 a board delivered.

Very happy with service and quality of the boards, exactly what i wanted.
