I think he must have had a trip to the hairdressers. The last time I saw him on the telly he appeared to be a lot greyer!

I haven't sat down and read it yet, but at first flick it looks to be the best issue for some time. And I nearly didn't renew this time.

Not a bad article actually. I was expecting it to be one big advert for the new series (which I guess it is really), but it was well thought out with a few good tidbits of info.

BTW I read this over xmas online. Much quicker than waiting for it to arrive in the post and I'm saving the forests.

hi,
over the pond the KNOTS forum has literally torn the Norm Abrahams article apart with most of them commenting that it was not good enougfh for FWW, that the construction used was too costly etc etc. Go have a look.

Hi Alan, how do access the knots forum you mentioned?
tia, Rich.

I haven't had a chance to read it yet but had a flick through the flaming technique to mimic japanese aging - that looks fab.

I like FWW but I have found over the years that I have used Knots that its quite a pompous forum and I certainly haven't felt inclined to participate. Clearly they may be right but I'll give the article a read before seeing what they say.

Cheers

Tim

Hi Alan, thanks for the link, tried it and decided I can live without it, hope I haven't offended you but it just seems "too crowded" for me.
Thanks again, Rich.
