European Hinges

Does anyone know a stockist of these type of hinges in the UK. I have used them several times in the past for shutters but have always bought them in france when I have been over there. Thanks Geoff

I got mine from IronMongery Direct, although I am sure any good old fashioned Ironmonger / door furniture suppliers should be able to help.

Most 'good' builders ironmongers should be able to supply. They are fairly common nowadays. PS nice hinges conpared to punched butt hinges.

Thanks for that Colin I have had a look at Ironmongery Direct and they only seem to do 98mm and bigger. The ones in the picture are 80mm and I would have preferred about 60mm as they are for 20mm thick internal shutters. They are easy to buy abroad ( even B&Q type stores have them in all sizes ) but I can't seem to find them over here.
Ironmongery ones look perfect but a bit too big. Geoff

The prices in the UK don't make it worthwhile sourcing from France - about 5€ a pair here

Thanks everyone for the help I think it is sorted now as a member on here has offered to get me some and send them over. The ones in the other illustrations are a bit wide. The mounting leaf is about 20 - 22mm whereas the ones in the picture are only 12mm and as these are internal shutters ( not doors ) they need to be like those.
