In appreciation of Scrits' Name that machine, I thought I'd reciprocate and give Scrit this one to identify :D

Of course, the rest of you are very welcome :lol:

Roger - Easy, this one. First pic is a prototype twin barrelled machine gun as might have been fitted to a WW1 fighter aircraft. You can see the drum magazine and the pointy thing sticking up is clearly a sighting mechanism - Rob
 
Didn't see the first one. Second one looks like a single-end tenoner as JFC says - the modern ones don't look all that much different
