I had to wend my way through your photobucket album looking for the two pictures. That's not to say it was an onerous task (I liked looking through your work ) but I thought that picking out the two portraits might make it easier for others to appreciate them.
Now, I can recognise Eric Clapton and a lot of dog breeds, but I need a bit of guidance to identify the lurcher.
Great job of Clapton! It looks pretty intricate with some very fine bridges; I hope you stack cut it because I'm sure others will see it and want one.
Moving slightly off topic, let me know when you cut a portrait of a long haired chihuahua because I've got a very soft spot for that breed. In fact, I'm hoping to acquire another tomorrow. Or is Eric Clapton the closest you think you'll ever get to a long haired chihuahua?
I tidied up your previous posts so that the picture was visible - hope you don't mind .
Isn't it satisfying when you take a photo of a person or pet you love, and convey something of their spirit in an article of your own creation? Thanks for showing us. Anyone would think you had been doing this for years .
I like the Clapton one too: there is a really good sense of perspective in the picture, it gives depth to the portrait, you can see he's leaning back as he plays his riff.
Afternoon folks heres three more cuttings I have done this week. The boxer is my sons brothering law, he's a prize fighter and body gaurd. He brought his self up on the streets of the East End of london from being a younge lad but what a fantastic guy, I really respect him Mal.
