Bit of a long shot, but this is one of the few forums I post on, so I'll try.

I work at a college and I've been asked to create a couple of posters to hang in the workshop for the new students this year.

One poster needs to show a lathe, another a mill, with all the main parts labelled.

Problem is, these posters will be A0 size at least, any images I can find (and legally use) on the net won't scale up to these sizes without looking awful.

I'm going to try emailing a few manufacturers to see if they have anything suitable, but has anyone got any ideas where I can buy what I need, or a source for images I can use to make my own?

Thanks :)

Images come in two flavours, raster and vector. Raster ones will not enlarge well without pixellating. Vector ones will enlarge as big as you like.

Search for 'lathe vector'.

Just three to start you looking in the right places:
