Can anyone recommend a source for bargain knives for a DW 733 thicknesser?
Cheapest I've found so far are £38.

Not sure yet. I've just 'won' the thicknesser on E-bay. Can't seem to find an accurate size for them online.
Could I drop you a P.M when I know?
I'm also interested in some planer (jointer) knives @ 153 x 16.5 x 2.9mm.

Probably not the bargain you're looking for, but Axi have them for £32.90

Just looked at the Axi site, and it seems they're no longer stocking the Dewalt.

very unusal size.
are they old knives that have been reground a lot?
might they have originally been 19x3mm?
