Will it be o.k to enclose my dust extractor,or will it need the air to draw in.
It is one of the 2 bag ones, one on top of each other.2hp.
It is in the extended part of the workshop which is now our shed and everything else is getting covered in fine dust.

It needs to expel air ,dust and air are drawn in and the air passes through the fabric bag.
Enclose it and vent to out side.

Paul, Have you thought about getting a much finer filter ?.
You can get cartridge filters down to 0.5 microns, which will give you virtual
dust free environment.

I've used one for 2 years now & highly recommended.

Thanks Old/John.
Never thought about a finer bag John.Though i was considering enclosing to try and keep the noise down a bit more.
Any idea where i can get one from.
I am going to Woodex this Saturday, perhaps i could get one from their.

Mega difference - it sucks better and doesn't spew out all the fine dust :D

I bought it from http://www.dm-tools.co.uk/ it cost £98.60 which is a crafty of them as there postage paid limit is £99  but of course that does give you an excuse to buy more toys to get carriage paid :D
