drawer runners in west london

am i right in thinking that the length of a drawer runner is to do with the depth of the drawer maximum that it can take rather than the extension length??? :?

thing is a have to put some in a unit which is only 400 deep so i was thinking of buying some 300/350mm ones,

screwfix who are local don't stock them that short in park royal, so is there anyone else in west london near the tube who might??

i've seen them at the sl site in battersea, anywhere else??

Yes the length is for the draw depth .
