Over the past couple of days I have been making pine wardrobe doors in the shop. Had the shop set up more like a factory for all this lot:

I am not making the complete wardrobes for these but just the doors which will replace the white MFC that are there already.

There is just the problem with the walk to the workshop, 50 miles or so!

I'm glad to see buisness is going well, and you really are a busy elf! How out of interest are all these jointed, seems like far to many for M+T?

Nice looking doors - I assume you used ready laminated board for the panels and a scribing set.

I have got a few cabinet doors to make today - Lets see whether I can keep up with you! Mine are oak framed with ash veneered plywood panels - I have got to mortice and tenon mine.

Got em dun! Crikey Mailee its killing me trying to keep up with you!

Started bloody early this morning - ok they are quite basic in the design but thats what the client wanted - Oak frame work with ash veneered panels. Mortice & tenoned but pinned the joints after cramping up to save on drying time in the cramps. I had already thicknessed the oak a few days ago.

The customer is finishing them himself and as I committed to have them done by the weekend so does that mean I can have tomorrow off ?? :? :? :?

Regarding having the day off - suggested it to swmbo and she said NO as I had last Friday off to go to the Alli Palli #-o #-o

They do look nice Rog. Good going with the build too. How many did you make? I like it when the customer is doing the finishing, saves on a lot of time.

Just the seven - to be honest quite straightforward and more of a general joinery job - Mark one stile and all the others are the same etc. Jigged up to cut the hinges in with the router etc

To be honest this isn't the sort of thing I usually do but its for a good customer for his daughters bedroom.

Getting on with the cherry telephone table tomorrow - Dodge pace!! I've already had one pacemaker fitted - I think I would need to have another one as well as the duracells somewhere else    to keep up with you.
