Actually, not true! Non-alcoholic wine is made just like wine, ie fermented, aged, etc - it just has the alcohol removed right at the end of the process. So it will still have much of the flavour profile of the underlying alcoholic equivalent.

Grape juice is just pressed from the grapes.
