I can't find isopro round here at the moment, I used to buy it in the chemists but they've stopped selling it, I want to clean my brake discs.

I don't know if Isopropanol is the same thing as Isopropyl?

... but you can buy a litre of it at Maplins. Well before they close down anyway!

Seeing as we're chatting chemicals, what's Denatured Alcohol and Napthta, I often see that mentioned on US youtube channels but don't know what that is in UK talk!

I think naptha is commonly sold in small tins as lighter fluid. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

naptha is basically any light hydrocarbon product, I've seen it refer to paraffin, white spirits, camping gas, lighter fluid and a whole bunch of other things.
Denatured alcohol is a generic term for what we call meths or isopropyl alcohol. because 'merica.
