I am a bit surprised that no one mentioned Vicmark chucks. Heavy duty, very well made, and can take all the abuse I can heap on them, and that is a lot.

I have had a versa chuck for six years now and couldn`t be happier with it,I have jaws from sorby,nova,oneway and axminster and a set of versa jaws,oh and 2 sets of metalworking jaws,in and outside.All the jaws fit first time on their carriers,I bought a set of carriers for each set of jaws to save time and mucking about changing carriers,and I`m glad I did,has saved so much time over the years I`ve had the setup.I hope this helps,

Ps.,I`ve had fifty lbs plus logs in the chuck with no wobble.
