Hello all - been away a while, including moving house and having a new workshop built. I'm easing back into making stuff, starting (mostly) with boxes. These are the start of my trying to remember how to do it, so a long way from perfect, but I'm quite pleased with both nevertheless.

This was the first restart:

And this the third (best not mention the second) - and the first hexagonal box I've built.

Thanks!

My plan is to take more photos as I go - comments and suggestions will be most welcome. The next one is probably a bad plan; seven sides in two different lengths. Only two different mitre angles needed though, and I've just bought a used but decent Veritas Polygauge which should make setting up the tablesaw and mitre guillotine easier.

I might even start making things out of timber that isn't from my scrap bin soon.
