Computer will not stay logged in

I have a new computer, it's a MS Surface running Windows 8.1
Despite selecting to stay logged in, I always have to re-login each time I come to this forum.
All other sites that I log into on this computer remember my login.
My login to this site is remembered on the other three computers in this house.
Has anyone any idea why I have this problem only on this computer?

I suspect the remember me uses cookies. Does you browser automatically delete cookies when you close it ? which browser are you using ?

I am using Chrome. It can't be that it does not remember cookies as all other sites I use are okay.

I use an iPad and it happens to me from time to time. Only ever this website though. Clearing the cache rectifies the problem for a while. No idea what's different about this website

On my PC ( old OS (XP) and SeaMonkey browser) the cookie settings can be set to be different for each website.
No Idea if Chrome can do this but worth a look?

I have problems with my IPad at this site, it uses Safari. Sometimes it works OK for days and then does a wobble any answers appreciated as well.

Interesting that some using Apple devices have this problem from time to time. I am using my iPhone to write this and for the first time since I've had this iPhone, I had to login again.

Very strange. I will have a look at the cache settings in Chrome and see if I can find a solution.

On my iPad I go to: settings > safari > advanced > website data > show all sites, then scroll down to ukworkshop.co.uk, swipe left and hit the delete tab.
