Hay Guys and Girls so far I have only received 10 applicants for this competition, I know the closing date is at the end of Feb, but I don't want you to forget.

I have to ask the question is it Alf or the prize?

If you want to enter please see the sticky above and follow the instructions.

So come on lets see some more participation.

Sorry Alf as much as you beg with all those e-mails, you can't enter.

Sorry Waka - for me it is the prize - I already have one and so do not intend to enter - let someone without one win

Hi Waka,

The prize is great 8) - but like Rob, I'll be entering at the last possible moment...

Cheers,
Neil

Hey, Tony, I haven't got one. Perhaps we could, ah, work something out...

I should bring the closing date well forward, Waka. It's going to be made much too easy by the end of February.

Cheers, Alf

like the others I'm hanging in there to see how things go in the next 6 weeks. if we can keep goading alf into replying to posts then we may even hit the 10k before the end of Feb! Oh, btw, how is the weather down in sunny cornwall at the moment?

A sort of 'collaboration'?

I'm game

Wanna bet?

Nothing wrong with Devon. Some of the most annoying members of my family live in Devon - nicely far away...

Cheers, Alf

No, no. This sort of post:

Honestly. What would the parrots do if their bird seed was redirected elsewhere?

Cheers, Alf

Hi Alf

Talking of parrots, what do you reckon to this new scrollsaw pattern? I only wish I could design patterns like that.

Gill

Beautiful plumage indeed. I'd be a bit worried that bird had some sort of beak infection or something though - bit of an odd shape. Jolly hard to get parrots looking "right" though. African Greys seem especially prone to looking all wrong, even in a simple photograph.

Cheers, Alf

Hi Waka,

Well I thought the 'prize' was just what I could do with & it maybe a boring answer but my simple mind calculated that the nearer to Feb 28th. that I waited, the greater my chance of getting the correct time / date of that majic 10,000 post. :)
