Moved into a new house and one thing the wife was looking forward to was a back garden with grass that when you stepped onto it you did not
need your wellies, new house new grass, no drainage under the new grass, so getting the mini digger out and putting in some drains,
while I am at it I am going to build a glass veranda, basically a patio area covered with a glass roof. with a very minimal amount of cladding to hide the steelwork,
Questions --
Western red cedar - have seen this in pics looks great, what would be the pros and cons, and cheapest place to buy. any ther recomendations
Decking - IPE hardwood deck ( I know is expensive) pros cons
any similar alternatives colour match and durability etc
