Christmas Present

Just finished this little gift for SWIMBO...its a pic of her coming down from the Matterhorn. On the way up (there is a mountaineering hut about half way up the mountain which can be reached with normal hiking gear) the top of peak was covered in a tantalisingly small piece of cotton wool cloud but cleared briefly on the way down...I just happened to turn round and snapped this.

Timber is Brazilian Walnut (which is hard and has a 'peppery' smell to it) and the wedges are wenge (there's a rhyme there for the panto). Finish is shellac polish and wax - Rob

Very nice frame

May sound like a silly question but , do you make them for anyone else ?

I need a nice frame for a photo taken at my nieces 21st party , she ( Claire ) is Harley Davidson mad :roll:

I arranged for the local chapter to come down on there bikes and give her a ride to the party location , it was very special for her and means a lot so I thought Nice frame Nice photo Great prezzy :wink:
