Child's rocking chair - US style

I saw this chair at a friend's (Manchester and I'm near Edinburgh so only some photos) and fancied making one for a grandchild - turning isn't a problem.

Two questions - I can certainly draw the chair up from the photos I took and get my friend to measure up the important dimensions for me, but does anyone know if there is a design on line ?

Secondly - I've found the required springs on line in the US (Ebay) but they strike me as uncomfortably cheap (~£6 with £10 postage). Does anyone know if this is realistic price and/or as an alternative a UK supplier, or a US supplier of possibly a 'better'? quality item.

Many thanks Argus - my apologies, I should have stated that the child's rocker has single springs and that I had found these adult chair ones with two springs previously. Having said that it is possible they have the smaller ones but not advertised.
