i know we all say we won't but!!!!!!!!!

out shopping for easter thingies, and chanced into poundland locally.
you know everything a pound.
in the diy section they have a laser guide spirit level made by toolbox.
its about 120mmx40x 60 high, with two spirit levels on the top, and a laser powered by 2 aaa batteries. haven't tried the laser yet, must charge up the triples!! :roll: :roll:

the levels are not exactly brilliant, but a bit of massaging might well make it a useful toolbox tool, and for only a quid, gives you a chance to check on what a laser might do for you.

well checked out the laser this morning after charging the batteries.
will it replace your 150 quid item, no but it does offer a cheap way to show whether you will get on with a laser level, and whether they do what you want.

not sure about the shielding etc, but certainly worth a look.
