It's a personal thing George but for me being afraid of failure tends to make me more determined not to. Equally I try to make sure that i am as well prepared as I can be, hence this series of posts.

As for your Grandson...always let him know what you're doing
I was the same with me old fella...whats you doing now dad,why you doing that dad,shouldn't you be putting that in first dad ect,ect.
He used to send me packing and murmer...crazy kid go and bother your mother. :lol:

Our 'cottage hospital' holds a cancer clinic on one day each month, George, so aside from personal contacts out side of the hospital the biggest concern, I think, would be BSM's point of trying to maintain detachment.
