Thank you for all your suggestions, it seems that there isn’t an ’ off the peg ‘solution there are some good ways to get what I require.

TBH its a relatively simple job for someone to turn down on a metal lathe once you've decided how to fix them - I'd have thought a push fit and CA or Araldite would work, Try on the metalwork forum, you may find someone local to you who could turn them for you - loads of options for the source stock - ebay etc
