what ever people say it may take a while to get noticed or perhaps ur lucky......
U need a big job before u commit.....
how about renting for a year or two......
Oh and think about getting a decent D generator for the cold times.....
oh and if ur really out there get a tractor with a cab and heater.....
just once in bad snow I took our 2 girls to school in my JCB.......hahaha........
or just give up on the big money and have a better qual of life.......
