Since taking up a little furniture making I've been looking for a table saw, I'd like something that I can cut some panels to size along with being able to cut tenons on it as my current B&Q jobby won't allow for the removal of the safety guard so I'm pretty limited to what I can do with it.

I don't mind buying second-hand as I'm a bit of a recycling nut, lol.

Any advice?

Get a look on eblag , there are pleanty to be had second hand if you look , try some spelling differences on there this usually brings a few up with no bids

yep keep an eye on eBay. If you don't mind cleaning up an old piece of Cast Iron, then you'll get a solid saw for a good price. I found loads on there when I was researching my TS buy. However, unlike you, I couldn't be bothered with all the work.

I think the reason you can sometimes get a bargain on good old machinery is location. They can be hard to transport.

EDIT, itlooks like I cannot post a picture.

they are selling them at 795£

This is a really nice saw, probably the best in it's class.

I want the Saw stop for me, when are they going to bring it to the UK?

But looks like I will get an SIP 10" off ebay when I need to replace mine.

No time soon i'd think. I suspect they have to make a fair few changes to comply with european safety.

Its so unreal that we haven't got it here. I thought it was fairly new in the US but I read its been around for 3 years?

Apparently the saws themselves are good kit too boot.

Try fatfingers.com it searches ebay for spelling mistakes based on what your actually looking for :D saves a bit of the hassle trying different spellings.
