Bosch Rotocut

Does anyone know if these are still available? Googling only seems to throw up spare drill bits for it or those execrable shopping sites that waste everyones' time.

Are there any other very slim router type things available? I need to cut a slot around my existing windows so that I can slide in some Aquamac. I could jury-rig something for my routers but their size limits how far one can get into the corners.

Rotozip any use? Just watch the collet size if you want to use router cutters. 6.3mm (1/4" is extra

Or a laminate trimmer, I use mine for a lot of light routing work.

Ah, rotoZIP! No wonder I was struggling.

But the laminate trimmer sounds a better option. Thanks, Jason.

Any clever ideas for preparing that last bit into the corners? The groove is narrow at 2.7mm IIRC.

Possibly grind youself a narrow mortice chisel from something like a parting tool
