I particularly like the way you've incorporated the drawer such that it looks like it belongs. I've seen a few similar chests where the drawer looks like an afterthought.

Dedee - thanks. I have a whole list of reasons why I can't find the time to spend ages on the finish. I'll add this one to the list .

Thanks Chris - may well be storing some blankets in there! Only wish we could open the drawer - the bed's in the way!!
