Blade help please

Hi all, I’ve just cut a lovely piece of solid oak to an inch thick and want to cut out some letters. Being a novice I didn’t factor in the difficulty with the small selection of blades that came with the machine. Can anyone advise me which blade would do the trick and where best to buy them in the UK? Thanks in advance
