Bench space for hire/rent South

Does anyone know of any workshops that rent out bench space and machinery use in Hampshire or anywhere around the South Coast for that matter?
If so, how much do they charge?
If not, and you live near Southampton, would you be interested in such a thing?
Has anyone ran, rented from or had any experience with such a venture in any way?
Any information would be much appreciated!

Have a look at your FB marketplace for 'bench rent' or similar, theres a few up there advertising. I think there is moderate turnover of 'rentees' as they always seem to be advertising space to rent.
