Well if the blade is 104" and teeth at 4 per inch that is 416 teeth to sharpen, I think I would buy a new blade what ever nationality I was. :)

I was born just the English side of the Welsh border, and have in desperation resharpened blades in the past. Doesn't take that long with a chainsaw sharpener stone in a Dremel, but the result doesn't last long either :(

I seem to recall a video on U-tube where a guy sharpens a Bandsaw blade with a Dremel.
