Band saw blade size.....

When I say "bandsaw" I mean my Aldi special It did the job for cutting dogs back legs until it snapped! :shock:

If anyone can stop laughing, would you please let me know the length of the blade if poss ? and can I go up to 10mm wide??

I know it's a really long shot, but does anyone own such a beast as my "special" saw?

If it is a two wheel machine, you can work it out as follows:
wheel diameter X pi + 2 X distance between wheel centres.
example 12" wheels on 20" centres
3.14 X 12 = 37.7 + 40 + 77.7 therefore order a 78" blade from Dragon saws via Ebay.
