When the thicknesser is running it drowns out the dest ex.

Had it for nearly a year and the build quality is good.

I'm going to run soil pipe around my workshop, as you have done, and I wondered whether you used the Axminster soil pipe adapters or is there a better source of adapters to get from 110mm to 100mm/63mm etc ?
