Axminster Ex21

Hi,
I have an Axminster Ex21 Trade series scroll saw and I have foolishly mislaid the manual that came with it.

Does anyone know how to get the blade vertical? at the moment I would say that the top of the blade is leaning forwards by about 1/16" and I cant remember how to fine tune it.
