Axminster daily deals, gone in seconds

Just looked at today's Christmas 'daily deal', a workbench, but it's shown as sold out within 25seconds of being offered!

Interesting, that's a different bench being offered now.
It was the 1700+cupboard being offered at 8:00

That's it. Same price as on offer.

I was just curious at how they'd make an offer and sell out so quickly. Most other days the deals have been unique, available all day and good value if you've been interested in the item anyway.

Indeed. Seems decent of them to maintain the price for delayed orders, and to offer an alternative that's in stock as well though.

Could be they just misunderestimated ( ) demand.

My boss has a very similar bench. Its not great and rickety! Im sure it could be beefed up. And probably ideal for someone doing smaller work.
