Does anyone on the board own both the Veritas and LN apron planes? I own the Veritas and it does great on end grain and most long grain but for some cuts, the mouth is just not tight enough, no matter how light of a cut I set it for.
I was wondering, is the mouth on the LN tighter, compared to the Veritas? I know that you can also specify a tighter mouth when you order the LN.
