Anyone tempted ?

Has anyone got one or is now being tempted by this flash sale ? The only downside I have ever seen is the price tag, I think this is the best solution to give the 700 the repeatable accuracy it deserves without Festool doing a redesign of the base so it would accomodate a rod much like you find on a router base for the fence.

Not in the slightest. I have no problems getting sufficient accuracy with the pins or just pencil marks.

I can see little practical use for it, I have had no real problem with the normal pins or cross stops.
