The lid on ours is not closing properly and is at an angle when closed down also when closed one corner is lifted and their is a clicking sound when closing.
Any body here repaired one.
Where to go for advice if not on here.
Any idea of cost at repair shop or cost of a hinge to do it myself.

do some looking around.
 
You could always book an appointment at the Apple Store with a "Genius".
 
That was the reply I got from Apple when I inquired about getting my mid 2009 MacBook Pro’s Wi-fi repaired.
They pointed me to a repair shop who said they could fix it using S/H parts for £200! In the end bought an external USB dongle for about £35.

I would geoff if i could afford to ! Got the new hinges on order £10, Ebay is wonderful !
