I've bought one of these after a lot of research; several Youtube presenters rated it very highly. Firstly I had a variant of the electrical problem; there used to be an issue requiring a slow blue fuse in the 13amp plug. Mine came fitted with that, but the garage circuit would sometimes trip out in the main consumer unit. Advice was to replace the the B20 circuit breaker with a C20 - I had this done, and so far it's OK.
But I've not been using the saw because of a problem with the rip fence. Whenever I tighten the screws on the front of the fence grip sufficiently to remove slop, I can no longer lift the fence off the rail. Many discussions with Lumberjack, including their sending me a replacement fence, but I still have the issue. Does anyone else have experience with this?
