Had 5 minutes to spare at work, and came across this :
Apologies if its been posted before...
its quite interesting.
You have to scroll down the first page to get the chapters of each lesson, but its quite informative 8)
( Scroll down the 'main body' of the text on the page, its easier than using the left had side links. )
This looks huge, but it works fine --->

For some odd reason.. some of the photos at the start of each chapter are of engineering lathes, but the content is all WOOOOOD !
