Alignment of blade on SIP 01930 table saw

I'm hoping one of the experts on here can help with instruction on how to align the blade on this table saw.
I have the "instruction" manual but there is no mention of how to do this.

I have found the exploded parts diagram on the SIP website but.. don't see anything obvious.

I've checked alignment with the mitre slot and its about 4 mil out front to back.

Normally you'd be unbolting the table top from the cabinet that the blade is attached too and then you shift it with a rubber mallet till its inline then bolt it back down
