My new Trend Airshield Pro arrived from Axminster today.

I went in with my eyes open knowing that it will be somewhat uncomfortable, but will keep the dust out of my eyes and nose.

Does anyone have any tips to make it more comfy? I'm thinking of wearing a 'buff' as a cap. Does anyone do this?

As a biker I am used to wearing helmets, but this one has a little less padding!!

Cheers

Steve

It took me about a week to get it sitting comfortably and getting used to it.

Minor adjustments to the over head band and where abouts it sits on the head together with how tight to do the headband up. I now wear it most days for up to 6 hours at a time and have no problems with it.

A fellow biker ( Me )

and yes I use a Buff and a Airshield ( Original type )

One you have the head band size adjusted its no problem

Quite refreshing in the summer having cool air blowing across one's face

My wife thinks I've gone a bit loopy as I was walking around the house with the helmet on and the fan running. It's not that heavy at all.

I bought it after one of my friends lost most of the sight of one eye when a small chip of wood he was chopping for kindling flew up into his eye. It could have been any of us.
