Greetings folks,
Following on slightly from recent tool-gloat discussion, here's a non-tool-gloat! My new boy was born yesterday, Isaac (probably), and here we are, with grinning mum :)
Not much else to say really!

Still a bit squidgy, but was only about 10 minutes old there :)

Cheers,
Adam

Congratulations - another nice Biblical name.
My mother's name was not the one agreed - my Grandfather got drunk on the way to the Registrars and forgot.
She was called Annie instead of Hilda.
A better choice I think? :)

Nice one Adam...can't see the 'drive-by' in that pic though  Just joshing...Congratulations! :eek:ccasion5: - Rob

Thanks folks - Im just heading off to pick them both up, the wee fella had to stay in for observations overnight :)

Rob - I tried to take my Wenzloff's in, but they just didnt seem to fit into a labour ward. Had it been orthopaedics, well maybe :)

Rod - the Bibliosity of the name was mere happenchance, we just like the sound of it :) Alternatives were Harrison (too much?) and Atticus (I like, but Marie, my wife, didnt!)

Cheers,
Adam

Hi,

We called out two boys Sam Alan Maddex and Tom Oliver Maddex so there initals spelt their names, My wife didn't want to go with Bryan Unwin Maddex for some reason.

Pete

The drive home from the maternity ward is the most nerve wracking of your life. Twenty miles an hour tops...did you strap him in properly...fret...fret.

Actually mike - the drive *to* the hospital was nerve wracking, I thought my wife was going to deliver the whole way there! Coming back will be easy (the little fella still not feeding properly so keeping in oveernight again)!

Thanks for the wishes all :)

Adam

Congratulations, one day down and another -30/40/50 years to go in the support role.

Adam? Nice to put faces (plural) to names. Talking of which, my initials are SDQ...so, any child of ours could't have a fore name starting with P...."mind your P's and Q's"? Aitches were out too........

Your wee man is a 'wee dote' as we say here; I hope he settles soon and all best wishes to all members of the family.

Sam

PS Chas got it right :D
