It's just awkward in between the holes trying to get a snug fit sometimes.. I don't often use this bit of kit due to all the faffing around...

I’ve gone back to using mine a bit for bowls, I bought a vacuum chuck a few years back but that’s even more faffing about setting up for a one off piece than the button jaws.
I’ve seen the longworth style jaws but for the amount I’d use it personally it‘s not really worth the time & effort for me plus it’s another thing I’d have to find storage space for.
