Well if that's "splashing" paint on Brian, then I'm glad I've never posted any of my painting efforts!
To me those birds look pretty good, and I wonder if the Corian colours wouldn't be too "hard" and uniform to represent something with so many fine colour variations as a bird? Especially such a brightly coloured bird.
I'm certainly in no position to offer advice but just wonder if various shades of natural wood wouldn't be more effective than the Corian colours (i.e. it would just leave the viewer's eye to make it's own mind up as to what the colours should really be)?
