Hey all just come by this forum and found this posts. And thought I’d clear up some of this with our sales. On the start of the sale we had everything in the sale but we had limited numbers on certain products. Especially the rail squares as they are one of the popular ones. We initially had 100 of them with the 20% off but they went in the first 12 hours so so we added a further 100 which also went in no time at all. As we actually make these and they take 1 hour to machine we couldn’t have had more on the sale as we just wouldn’t be able to fulfill the orders in a reasonable time frame. A big mistake putting 200 on as it took a long time to manufacture them. So sales would always be limited on certain products for this reason. So if the code didn’t work for you, this is the reason behind it. As for price increases during sales. This has never happened at benchdogs. We have had a issue with overseas buyers have seen increases but possibly due to exchange rate but we are only talking possibly 1 €\$.

Like all companies we have had a number of price increases with materials and I’m sure everyone has seen it happen in all fields of business. We released our rail squares at £95 for option 1 and during this time we have had 100% increases over the year on aluminium and our rail squares have only increased by £5 to £100 each even though the additional cost for this was quite a bit more. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible so we can keep the manufacturing in the uk
