After advertising here recently I sold both the jointer and planer to a forum member, I still have the cabinet saw and dust collector for sale.

Grizzly 3hp cabinet saw with shopfox fence. This is a very heavy duty saw and would suit a serious hobbyist or small workshop. It comes with a homebuilt cutoff sled, wheeled base, Forest woodworker 2 blade, spare rip blade, standard throat plate, zero clearance throat plate (for the ww2 blade), dado throat plate, sliding mitre gauge, dust hood and manual. The cast iron table has some light surface rust from being in a damp garage that will buff out nicely with a fine pad on a random orbit sander, or some elbow grease. Details can be found here.

Dust Collector: 1hp dust collector with 5 micron bags. Has two way inlet, so you can connect two machines to it without having to change it over. Comes with a long section of corrugated hose.

£75

PM me for details or via email at justin dot peer at gmail dot com. I'm in NW London and you'll need a decent van and someone else to help lift as the saw is effing heavy.

Cheers,

Justin.

Sure does. Fabulous saw that I will be sorry to see go.

I'll have another in a few years time when there's a space in my life for it.

Too close to xmas Bob. I've love it. I really would. Sadly I can't source £700 nor can I shift it.

Doesn't solve the cash issue. But thanks Bob. Appreciate it.

Both are now sold pending the usual.

Thank you to everyone for the help and comments on here. I'm sad to see the tools go but happy they're going to people who'll appreciate them and use them more than I can at the moment.

Once I'm able to return to this pastime I'll be back on here to take a more active role.

Best wishes,

Justin.

tis Rod. Tho I suspect it's an older model. Grizzly and Laguna both took this saw up way before Lyndhurst got a sniff of it. Tho, Lyndhurst claimed it was 'British Designed'

Tom - I think the fence and crown guard were "British designs" as they are different to the USA versions?

Looking at the SIP photos that hc has bought, there's a lot more cast iron in the DEFT especially the trunnions and other mechanical bits?

Pity Lyndhurst went bust!

Rod
