    Broadband

We're with AOL, mum likes it and as mum and dad pay the bill I can't complain. As a company AOL are awful and as Gill mentions their software takes over your computer. However I can't fault the connection or the speed. I don't actually have the AOL software on on my computers thanks to the LAN...

To be honest I only measured it a couple of months ago, when I was playing with SketchUp It's roughly 21' x 35' give or take a couple " The only bad thing with having a big workshop at my age is that I'll have to downsize one day

    Let there be light...

Yeah the idea is to put some extra light fittings above the table saw, mitre saw and bench but the new lights we put up yesterday have made a huge improvement... The plan was to board over although I'm not sure now. Thanks for the link Tim. I've made a note of it. The light fittings cost about...

    Let there be light...

Along with the dodgy electrics, I've had a bit of a light problem in the workshop, in that if I'm in the workshop during the day I've had to check that the lights are indeed switched on after struggling to see pencil lines  Well not any more :D - With the help of my very kind neighbour...

    must get round tuit !

The problem with FrontPage and Netscape composer (apart from they add sooo much unneeded code) you'll find that most of the HTML it creates isn't cross browser compatible.. e.g If you make a site with FrontPage, it will look fine in IE but will be wrong if you view it in Netscape... If you are...

    Scheppach TS2000 problem

That's what I did. The saw dust then piles underneath the machine so it's really easy to sweep/hoover up :D You'll still have to clean the machine out now and then but not as often.
