    unless you need to replace the belt or bearings why bother taking the shaft out. The blades can be reground easy enough and reset carefully.

    I am wondering if it is a tapping machine but the high speed would be wrong for that looking at the base there is a lot of sawdust so maybe a sander of some sort.

    Has to be my trusty old Coronet Major with all of the accessories apart from the grinding wheel, I never bothered with that one. Not forgetting my Colchester bantam lathe for which I am endlessly making gadgets, ha ha.

    This PC world we live in today makes it difficult to talk a lot of the time, whilst some words could be racial slurs they are not meant as such when used by the majority of people, it is only common usage, I am sure when people of colour call each other N****s they are not intending offence so...

    a lot of people, like me would only see humour and not even realise a joke was stereotypical, political correctness has gone to far and humour is no longer possible without offending someone, I'll just stick to being a grumpy old sod and not smile at anything.
