Im just outside of Boston and work a fair bit in Lincoln. If you need small pieces too practise with i could let you have some choice offcuts that are destined for the wood burner. Ive got the Veritas tenon and dovetail saws and they are very good value for money. For timber theres a merchant...

Hi Everyone, Woodworking Machinery Company History Help.

Wadkin and Wadkin Bursgreen are probably the most desired of the older machines because of there solid build quality. These old machines reconditioned by dealers often have a hefty price tag. Robinson probably made as good a machine as wadkin but there seems to be more wadkins in the market...

    Cutting a clean circular groove?

You could do it with a router guidebush and template and a 3mm bit. You would need to take light cuts and do the 5mm deep in about 3 passes to avoid the router bit snapping. cheers jon

    Beaded face frames

You could do a mortise and tenon which is a lot more time consuming. You could just glue and pocket screw the joint needs clamping to stop the joint riding up when you drive the screw in. You could also make your own router jigs to either loose tenon or dowel the joint together. cheers jon

    Beaded face frames

My preference is for the 4.8mm one for kitchens and cabinetry and either a 6.4 or 8mm one for large built ins such as wardrobes. I prefer dominoes for assembling the face frame and also dominoes for attaching the frames to the carcases which can either be clamped on or pocket screwed. Some pics...

    Multico tm1 tenoner

Hi Mike I have had a tm3 the same as yours but 3 phase for about 6 years now and its a great little machine. You get used to setting it up and what used to take an hour of messing around setting up takes 10-15mins. I generally keep sample blocks of the tenons i cut regularly which makes...
