hi steve the wagner I use only goes to 13mm depth which I would say is more suited to cabinet makers there other models that go deeper but the price goes higher the one on ebay seems like a good price but check how deep it goes before buying Ian

I would agree the wagner pinless is the job mine gets the reading from 13mm into the wood so would be no good for thin woods Ian

yes thats a good example don't just go by what the instructions say on cutter depth every bit is going to be slightly different and tests cuts for setup are needed Ian

HI Herdsman I would say depth of cut, raise the bit until you can't get the tails and pins fitting (to tight) and then lower a fraction at a time and I mean a fraction. Ian
